2.) Nutrition: Eat a colorful diet with lots of fresh fruits and green vegetables. These are low calorie, fiber-rich foods that take time to get digested, thus you end up burning more calories. Eat at least 5 mini-meals a day, this keeps your metabolism rate high and prevents fat accumulation.
Look for whole grain products loaded with fiber when choosing your energy sources and keep refined grains like white bread and white rice to a minimum.
