How to loose man boobs

For me it goes back to when this happened to me:

Before jumping inside the pool I took my shirt off and I heard in the

background my sister’s friend tell me…

“You have man boobs!” hahaa… Funny!

What embarrassment that was. From that point on it every time I see
myself in the mirror I see it. Sometimes even wearing 2 shirts to
cover it up.

I really wanted them gone.

I know the feeling your having.

The extra fat on your chest area that just won’t go away.

In this article I’ll show you some ways on how to loose man boobs and help explain some options to you on what you can do to help solve this problem and not have to worry about being embarrassed. I’m in my late 20’s however after read a lot more into
this I’ve found that more teenagers and guys in there early 20’s seek this information mostly.

With that in mind I’ll focus on what you can do at this age range that could help.

Let’s learn why we get them.

Being overweight. Our chest area is made of fatty tissue. It’s where fat is deposited naturally by our bodies.

How do you eat? Are you one to eat junk food all the time? Mostly likely you are. I mean, you wouldn’t be here reading this article if you were eating healthy fruits and veggies daily and are developing man boobs right?

What you eat is a huge part of this problem for most people. When eating junk fat from that food is deposited in our bodies in certain areas such as the chest where mainly our fatty tissue reside.  Start eating right. Cut down on the fast food.

In addition to eating right cardio and strength training is the best workout to maximize fat burning your body.  If your in sports in
school or in gym participate is all exercises and really put extra work into them.

Gynecomastia is a medical condition that could be another reason why you’ve developed them.  Gynecomastia is when the body produces too much hormones such as estrogen. There are many factors that cause this such as medicines or alcohol.

What options do I have?

Wait it out. Man boobs develop early and will slowly gradually disappear, as you get older. If you’re a teenager or in your early
20’s your body contains more estrogen, which is, what is causing you to have them. As you get older your body produces less of it and will start to balance out with testosterone and estrogen.

Workout – As when trying to lose weight, the same can apply here. As I mentioned above cardio is great and also strength-training workout programs produce good results.

Eat Healthier – Avoid junk food! Burgers and fries… Heavily greased items are a no and will only add to the problem. Learn to eat
healthier will also help your overall body in the long run.

No Alcohol or drugs – For this who are older enough to drink, drinking beer can be another cause which was the fact in my case.  Stop drinking or limit your drinking a lot will help. Alcohol slows down the production of alcohol.

Surgery - should be your last option. If you’ve seriously tried all options and can’t lose them look into removing them via surgery.  Keep in mind surgery can cost upwards of $3,000 for this type of procedure and many doctors will still recommend you try losing weight using a recommended type diet before jumping into this option to ensure you really need this.
