Me and thousands of other people have said the same. I’m a 28 years old male. I’m about 10 lbs overweight. Not extremely overweight but I feel it and I hate it.

Whether your 5lbs or 100 lbs overweight, male or female, you’ll know exactly what I mean and how I feel.

Not fitting into your clothes right. They fit OK but the budge in our belly’s are noticeable through our shirts and over our pants, our arms and chest area fit snug in shirts we wear always having to adjust them. I always wear pants a majority of the time. Lately it’s been getting harder to button my pants and when I do I can feel them being a little more snug in the waist area then when I bought them.

Clothes are just the beginning.

How about looking at yourself in recently taken photos with friends and family? I always see more in my mind than it shows on the photo of myself. Not a fan of taking photos at this stage of my life at this weight.

Is it me or does your self confidence level go down also?

By that I mean in carrying yourself day to day.

When walking through a store or at work, when talking to people face to face especially thinner in shape people and the opposite sex, wondering what they think of us. Overall your self confidence levels drop. For me just a little bit but I’m sure there are others who’s weight has dropped there self confidence level down to rock bottom. Is this you?

I’m sure you can relate to what I said if not more. I want to be able to able to eat what I want without having to worry about “calorie counting”. I want to fit in clothes and have them fit right. I don’t want to purchase a size up. A few years ago I was once in way better shape than I am today and knew how it felt. Having been there I know the boost in self confidence it brings.

Negative mind thinking needs to be eliminated from your head starting now. With this kind of thinking you’ll lose motivation, drive and give up.

2) exercise and

3) eating right.

I saw and read many people having there own personal reasons for wanting to lose weight but the main reason I saw people wanting to lose weight was for health reasons.

  • They want to live longer
  • They want to be able to go outside and play with there children or grandchildren
  • They want to go dancing
  • They want to bike ride
  • They just want to live a normal life and do whatever they want to without having to worry about not being able to because of their weight.

My goal is to lose is to lose 8 lbs. There are many ways to lose weight but many times I would get confused, overloaded with what to do and would just give up. So what I did was stick to one plan and do it all the way through. Please read through the articles on this website and get more information and tips on losing weight.
